Terry Graham has taught numerous continuing legal education classes on topics related to law practice management, including the ethics of marketing communications, client service, and technology. Her classes/workshops have been sponsored by various legal organizations including the State Bar of California, and local and specialty bar associations. She also sponsors her own workshops, teaching attorneys how to develop marketing plans, budgets, databases, and other practice needs. She brings her expertise into client setting, running short training programs as required. In addition to training lawyers, Ms. Graham has been an instructor for college courses on marketing and advertising for the University of California, Berkeley extension; and the University of Phoenix. She has also taught one-day workshops on marketing and technology for San Francisco State University , Foothill College and Media Alliance. She received training on teaching adults while working for IBM-Twin Cities as a systems engineer. There, she trained executives and other personnel on computer applications and technical solutions to business systems. She developed curriculum used throughout the Midwest.
